    ” Book Explains Commonly Confused Cooking Terms.”
    The given article reminds me of the confusion between Brockley and Colliflower. In Paris, when I saw the first time Brockley in a salad, I got confused. I thought it was colored, Colliflower. There was no difference except for the color. In our country, we have many kinds of food for example spinach and sarson ka saag. Biryani (Rice) and pulao (Rice), Hareesa, and Haleem.
