  1. Hello
    I am Albertine
“Admire the little things.” this is a very good habit that make me happy.
Some of the little things in life that make me happy are like helping old people when they are tired, giving something to someone in need, saying thank you to a little child, listening to the music and dance in order to relax, take a little wolk with my husband, reading books and English lessons from the internet with my children, learn from them how to read and speak English, etc.
These little things are special to me, because they help me to relax, to feel happy and also make someone else happy.
    Thank you

  4. Lesson 2.16.3 Year 2
American Teens Talk! then I have
Four Friends, ages 13 and 14
    Asim, Alex, Des, Mahmoud
    Answer the above questions.
I like junk food, but not frequently just for a change when I hang my sister and we hang out for junk food.
If being a workaholic is a habit then I have this habit. Working too much is involved with high blood pressure and other stresses. But a new study finds that if you love what you do, working long hours don’t put you at risk. To keep my health fit, I walk daily and work out regularly.

  5. I second Mahmoud’s sayings, ”Admire the little things”
To make someone happy, you have to admire other’s slight, small things, and good habits. For that, you don’t have to spend a penny, but God’s reward is huge.

  6. Greetings Maestro Sersea
Personally, I think that junk food is delicious, but in order to stay healthy sometimes is necessary to sacrify this king of meals. It’s the best way to keep in shape and healthy. My habit that I think isn’t really healthy is to eat later at night, but I am changing it for issues of health.
    Best Regards,
