    Upbeat is important thing in life , while that is first step to help ourself in stress life.
    I hope there is not war in the world life with piece because I’m lived in conflict area and I’m feel human suffering,
    Next year I’m retire & I hope living in natural area with fresh air and soft musing listing all time and learning strange language and walking at beach and helping old and Poor people in my country with change government political
