2.47.1: Year 2 American English Lessons with Maestro Sersea

Greetings students,

Congratulations for completing the Dolch Sight Words American English Vocabulary during Year 1, as well as the Fry Sight Words Vocabulary during Year 1 and 2.  Together we covered nearly 400 American English vocabulary words for the Dolch Words, as well as 1,000 words for the Fry words. During years 2 and 3 of our American English studies we will cover the Voice of America Word Book Dictionary, which includes close to 1,600 words and their definitions in the English language. For the remainder of Year 2, we will complete the VOA Word Book Special Words and Information Lists.

DIRECTIONS: I encourage you to watch the video below two or more times, read along and pronounce together with it, and write down on your own paper any vocabulary terms that you find challenging. Let us know what you learned in the comments section below.
