  1. A thing in my country the big problem about mass media are that the owners of those medias are politicians. So the opinion or nwes or any investigations of the medias goes about the interests of those politicians who are the owners, News or apinion are not thge truth.

    1. There are two camps of media in my country. The main group are papers, portals, TV that are pro government. Usually they describe with flowers every activity of political parties in power.
Second, the opposite media that looks a bit more believed.
Hard to say if we really have a independent and trusted information. Despite all the traffic of information is full of fake news misleading people in their everyday lives. Sometimes looks like the society is investing more in self-destruction rather than in human development.

    I am Albertine
In my country Rwanda, the big problem about mass media is that the owners want money, so they promote news which are of less importance to have more views from young people.
Their interests are all about money.

The answer to above question is mass media in our country doing its job, as all over the world media is playing massive role in the society, similarly we can’t refuse the importance of media in Pakistan. It is a source of entertainment and keep people update about the world. Somehow media in Pakistan on the name of freedom of e press has recently been heading in a completely in a new direction. Much like in the rest of world disinformation or misinformation is now a significant threat to public discourse and democratic values in Pakistan. According to a recently publish research study 9 out of 10 Pakistanis feel that misinformation is a problem. 70 percent of the public believes that Facebook platform is used to most often to spread misinformation and fake news in the country.

  5. Greetings Maestro Sersea
To what extent is the mass media in your country doing its job?
Many Tv News Organizations nationwide are doing their job partially, because first of all many of them, are control by this government, and some Journalist has been influenced by corrupts Politian that only are trying to setting up their own politic ideologies, with a called democratic socialism, but with a nearby relationship with communist countries. For other hand is important to mention that the Journalism College is denouncing and condemning that free press is being violated in Honduras through out to different Newspapers and Tv News.
To what extent does the News Media in your country promote misinformation?
Personally I think that, yes, there is misinformation in many issues, because many Tv News openly, not have wanta criticize the government one reason because they form part of theirself political parties and other reason because they are receiving bribes to the government and differents reporters, or even influencers in tik tok or other social medias have provided legal documents to prove that situation.
    Thank you so much.

  6. Dear teacher,
News reporters in nationwide are doing their job partially, and restricted because most of them are controlled by the government. It has many news on social media but some of them are unbelievable and some Journalist has been influenced by getting bribes. The most people believes that Facebook, Telegram, Whas App, Tik Tok and other social media spread misinformation and fake news in the country and hide something behind.
There were some talk shows and political debates on various TV channels was creating a lot of trouble, confusion and worry in the peaceful life of citizen. Only NGO or other independent journalists mostly share real news, show evidence and it is believable.
    Thank you so much.
