1. First of all, the word variant implies a change in an original event, living being, or whatever. In the case of Covid 19, means it is undergoing changes from its original structure to others, many of which are still inactive.
2. Ignoring a court order is considered a felony which only increases the penalty for contempt. so, if someone wants to disobey it, it should really think about it.
